You have come up with some great ways to stay safe in the sun this summer! So important to know, getting sunburnt is horrible! Have you been sunburt before Jemma? ...very painful!
Sun block is really important in New Zealand, it's so harsh in the sun over here! I had a friend visiting from America once and he didn't believe me when I told him how strong the sun was... He learnt pretty quickly and became the sunblock timer reminding everyone to reapply! :)
I also like that you have mentioned good clothing choices like hats, sunglasses and layers that could protect your body! I recently went on a holiday to Indonesia and bought the perfect sunhat, it's a traditional hat that workers wear in the rice patty fields to stay out of the sun - I was so stoked when I found it! Do you have a nice big hat to wear in the sun this summer?
