I think these are some really great questions to ask Dame Suzie Moncrieff - I really like questions 1, 3, and 5!
I think it would also be very interesting to see what got her into fashion and how she came up with the idea for creating recycled fashion... I also think that it would be fascinating to find out what she would be doing if W.O.W wasn't her job... I wonder if it would still be in fashion?
If you had to create a W.O.W outfit what would yours be made of Jemma? Do you have an idea of what it would look like?
I haven't been to W.O.W before but my friend told me that it is amazing, she said it was truely an experience to see - Would you be interested in going to the show one year?

I like these questions because you have to ask the owner of WOW. You can not find the answers to these questions online. Maybe next time you can say what WOW is and who you are interviewing.
