Today we took our last current events quiz (Yay!) And the question I chose was: A ship In east china went missing in August what was the ship carrying? The answer was Live Cattle well it probably isn't alive anymore. And here is what I produced from my research:

J.R Current events Week 6

 Today we took our current events quiz I got 8/20 this time. The question I choose was about: what type of whale was spotted in Picton last Tuesday? I got this question right so I decided to look into it.

Jemma current events Week 3

Today we did another current events quiz.

What I found most challenging about this what thinking was I was going to write, like if I was going to write about how it happened, what they are doing about it, or even why?

What I enjoyed was really just finding out about it this seems really interesting and I found out a lot!

Today I made a DLO teaching people how to do Credit and debit integers.

What I found most challenging about learning was really nothing! Once I got the hang of it, it was really easy. So with that, the most challenging thing was really just making the video. I hope this video helps.

J.R 24-hour time

Today, I made a DLO (digital learning object) based on a goal I had. Learning 24-hour time. So here is the examples of the 'pm' and 'am' 24-hour time.

NASA is getting ready to land on an asteroid?!?

Yesterday my class took a current events quiz. Then today we choose one question from the quiz and studied it. I picked This one, That NASA is planning to land on an asteroid.

I thought finding out about this was really exciting. Just knowing that it got a name was cool!

The challenge of this task was really just picking a question!

The reason we did this task is to make us (my class) more aware of what's happening in our world, or about the 'current events'.

 Today our class took a current events test. There were many questions, about what was on the news. But I don't watch the news so it was quite difficult for me. I still ended up getting seven right! After the test, we choose one question from it and researched it. My question was: "A $26,000 designer handbag has been destroyed by Australian Border Force officers" Here are the results of what I found.
